Managing Users as an Admin

Admins can create / manage / and delete users with RampedUp. 

Setting Limits: Users can be limited to the number of contacts they can download at one time and the number the can download per year / month.  

Users

  • Search Download Limit is the number of contacts a user can export at one time.
  • Monthly/Annual Limits are the number of contacts a user can do in a month/year.

Promote/Demote: Users can be promoted to Admin roles.  Admins have the ability to manage users, roles, and the account in general. 

User Roles: Users have 3 separate roles based on their level of access to RampedUp. 

  • Admin - The person who accepts the invite to the platform becomes admin. Admins can assign roles/ limits and promote and demote users.  They can select multiple people at a time to download records en masse. 
  • Marketing -  They can select multiple people at a time to download records en masse. 
  • Sales- They can only select one record at a time and limited to their search download amount.
