Real-Time Lead Appending in Salesforce.com

Real-Time lead appending allows RampedUp to append contact and company data to incoming leads with an email address. 

You can manage Real-Time Lead Appending in the Salesforce Admin section within the Admin Settings. Go to Data Appending: 

Lead Import:

  • Enable Lead Import: Toggle the functionality ON/OFF to control whether incoming Salesforce.com leads are automatically appended by RampedUp.
  • Leads Appended: View all appended leads within this section.
  • Download CSV: Export appended leads by time period or company/location filters

Daily Report Settings:

  • Enable Daily Report: Activate this feature to send an email summary to all administrators with details of leads appended in the last 24 hours.

Append Fields Mapping: This feature allows administrators to control how RampedUp fields map into Salesforce.com by aligning headers.

Options include:

  • Include in Import: Allow RampedUp data for import.
  • Always Overwrite: RampedUp data will replace existing data in the lead field.
  • Overwrite only when incoming value is not blank: Updates fields only when new data is available.
  • Overwrite only when customer value is blank (default): Fills in missing fields without overwriting existing customer data.
