Using Suppression in Contact List Building

RampedUp provides the functionality to suppress search results by title, email address, web address, and last updated date.

  • Last Updated Date - This is the last time the employer was confirmed.  The last updated date is derived in one of two ways:  The company has confirmed it’s a valid email via SMTP negotiations OR we have verified the contacts are reporting the same company employer that we are reporting.
  •  Company Web Address - Input an individual website or upload a list in CSV format.
  •  Company Industry (New) -  Suppress by New Industries
  •  Primary Industry (Legacy) - Suppress by Legacy Industries
  •  Contact Titles - This is a contained search to ensure certain titles are not within the results.
  •  Professional Email Address - A professional email address is associated with the contact's employer. To use this functionality, input an individual email address or upload a list in CSV format.  Limit list to 10,000 within the application.  Larger lists need BULK SUPPRESSION and can be added by the Admin.
