- We use Social Profiles to validate that the contacts are reporting the same company as RampedUp. We track Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. We defer to LinkedIn because it is a professional site.

- An issues that sometime happens is VALID contacts are marked as invalid because we are comparing their domain or website to our website and it doesn't match. Examples:

- 1) The email domain that we break into a URL is not the same as the URL so it doesn't match
- 2) they might have a country centric domain like IBM.ca or IBM.sa for the country and we are matching to IBM.com
