What are use cases for Contact Data Appending?

Contact Data Appending provides additional contact and company details for lists of emails, people, company names, linkedin urls, and websites.

    • Validation and Enrichment  RampedUp validates email addresses in real-time and provides up to 60 pieces of detailed information on our contacts.  This helps for better segmentation and targeted communication.
    • Personal to Professional  We can find professional information from people that complete online forms with their personal email address.  This helps identify and qualify inbound leads.
    • Cleansing  By combining email and contact validation – RampedUp can identify harmful contact records within your database. This will improve inbox placement and deliverability.
    • Recovery RampedUp can identify the old records in your database and inform you where they are working today.  This is a great way to find old customers that have moved to a new company.
    • Opt-In Compliance We can help you identify the contacts within your database that are protected by international Opt-In Laws such as the GDPR, CASL, and CCPA. 
    • Contact Validation
      • We use Social Profiles to validate that the contacts are reporting the same company as RampedUp. We track Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. We defer to LinkedIn because it is a professional site.
      • An issues that sometime happens is VALID contacts are marked as invalid because we are comparing their domain or website to our website and it doesn't match. Examples:
        • 1) The email domain that we break into a URL is not the same as the URL so it doesn't match
        • 2) they might have a country centric domain like IBM.ca or IBM.sa for the country and we are matching to IBM.com
