What is Personal Criteria in Contact List Building?
Use Personal Criteria to limit search results - most popular fields are personal email and mobile phone.
- Contact First Name / Last Name - Both are a contained search fields that will return the contacts who have these names within the database.
- Contact Gender- This is an assumed by the first name (Male / Female)
- Contact Education – can be either a school name or a year. Since Education is within one field in the database, the school, start data, and end date can be searched.
- Contact Birthday- month, date or year. This field is used for looking up an age range.
- Contact Skill- this field refers to professional skills either given or attributed to the contact. Use this field to limit results for software proficiency, languages, or vertical expertise.
- Contact Interest - this field refers to professional interests either given or attributed to the contact.
- Minimum Number of Connections - The user can set a minimum number of connections to limit the search results. Generally, people with more connections are more likely to be a viable contact.
- Personal Email Address Required - Selecting this box will limit the search results to contacts with a personal email address. A personal email address is not associated with a contact's employer - like gmail.com or outlook.com
- Cell Phone Required - Selecting this box will limit the search results to contacts with a cell phone. Also know as mobile phones or direct dials.
